Policies

Please read all policies prior to booking​

 

Microblading and Combination Brows 

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of you service.

  • The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the procedure. I accept Cash, Card, Venmo and Zelle as forms of payment. 

  • Once your service has been completed you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must do this 72 hours before your appointment date. If you reschedule less than 72 hours, you will have to pay a new deposit of $50 for your new appointment. 

  • A 3 day notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. If not your deposit will not be credited towards your service & you will need to pay a new one. Anything less than a 3 day notice does not give the artist enough time to replace the appointment. Please be mindful of this.

  • No shows will also have to pay a new deposit if they wish to make another appointment. 

  • If you are sick, please reach out to change your appointment date. The 72 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy still applies. 

  • It is highly recommended to have your follow-up up appointment within 6-8 weeks after your original procedure. If you need to reschedule, please do so before 72 hours.

All other services

-Lash lifts, brow laminations and waxing appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours. A 100% of the service cost will be charged for no shows and 50% of the service cost will be charged for people who cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice.
