Cancellation Policy

*in order to book, a card must be on file

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours.

If an appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the appointment total will be charged.

A 100% charge will be given for “no shows”.

Microblading appointments must be canceled or rescheduled prior to 48 hours of appointment time.

Anything less than 48 hours does not give the artist enough time to fill the appointment slot.

Once your service has been completed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cash, Card, Venmo, and Zelle are acceptable forms of payment.
